Team Fees for 2026

Refund Policy: Westfield Waves offers a "trial" session during the first week of practice, whereby swimmers can decide if they would like to continue swimming for Westfield Waves Swim Team. Refunds will not be issued following this trial period.
June 5, 2025, at 12:00 noon. will be the last date to request any refunds for the 2026 season.
Volunteer Deposit: A deposit of $200.00 will be held by credit card when you register your swimmer for the team. Your credit card will be charged, or your check cashed, at the end of the season if you have not completed your volunteer requirement. Thanks for volunteering!!!
City Meet & State Meet Fees
The City Championship Meet and the State Championship Meet are the only meets that require entry fees to participate.
For these 2 meets, families pay for swimmer's individual events and Westfield Waves pay for all relays. Other meet fees (facility surcharges) may apply.
Team Gear
Required: Team caps are required and one cap is included with registration. Additional caps may be purchased.
Required: Each swimmer will receive a blue Westfield Waves T-shirt to wear at swim meets.
Optional: Team suits are encouraged but optional. They are available at MI Sports in Loveland. Swimmers may choose to purchase a team suit or may wear a suit of their choice. Team colors are Blue and Black. The Team Gear Order form will be emailed with order deadline.
